About Richelle

 I graduated with a Bachelor of Disability and Community Rehabilitation -Developmental Educator from Flinders University in 2012.

I have over 17yrs experience in the disability sector and I'm passionate about working with individuals and their support networks to develop Positive Behaviour Support Plans to help improve the quality of life of individuals, particularly with adults.

I have experience with support accommodation, respite services, trauma informed, assessing restrictive practices, developing individualised plans, delivering 1:1 therapy, targeting emotional regulation and social skill development. 

I would also like to broaden my knowledge in Mental Health and Sexualised Behaviours.

I enjoy traveling in my caravan, exploring the beautiful Australia. I enjoy playing netball, playing boardgames and taking care of all my animals (Dogs, turtle, bearded dragon, rabbit, Homing pigeons, fish and frogs).
